A man in Texas, aged 46, is currently being charged for setting up traps on toilets at two separate car washes with the intention of causing explosions when individuals would sit down.
The fireworks placed under the seats were not large enough to cause significant damage to the entire bowl. The intention was for them to explode when pressure was applied.
