Clinton County Crash Leaves Two Injured

Two Seriously Injured in Clinton County Crash

Two individuals sustained serious injuries in a crash in Clinton County on Sunday, just after 3:35 p.m.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported that a 42-year-old woman was driving a Honda Odyssey southbound on Interstate 35 when she swerved into the passing lane to avoid a dog in the roadway. The Honda then collided with a Ford Focus, driven by a 56-year-old woman.

Both vehicles veered off the east side of the road and came to a stop. The driver of the Ford and a 66-year-old female passenger were transported to Liberty Hospital with serious injuries.

The Highway Patrol confirmed that all individuals involved in the crash were wearing seat belts at the time of the incident.
