She isn’t just cool for the summer anymore — Demi Lovato has officially entered into marriage.
The 32-year-old musician-actor exchanged vows with Canadian singer-songwriter Jordan “Jutes” Lutes, 34, in California on Sunday, as first reported exclusively by Vogue.
The couple first crossed paths while collaborating on Lovato’s most recent album, 2022’s Holy Fvck, and after nearly two years of dating, Lutes proposed in December 2023. Lutes contributed to the creation of several tracks on Holy Fvck, such as Happy Ending, City of Angels, and the pop-punk hit, Substance.
For the ceremony, Lovato wore a beautiful white Vivienne Westwood dress, while Lutes donned a Saint Laurent suit.
Requests for comments were directed to Lovato’s team.
Once a child star, Lovato began her entertainment journey on Barney & Friends before gaining fame on the Disney Channel in the 2000s for her roles in the Camp Rock movies and as the lead of Sonny with a Chance. In addition to her acting career, Lovato is known for her exceptional soprano voice and has released eight albums.
Lutes, an indie artist who blends elements of emo, pop-punk, and trap in his music, was previously signed to Capitol Records.
Before her relationship with Lutes, Lovato was engaged to actor Max Ehrich in 2020; however, they called off their engagement after just two months.
