Winnipeg police confirm northern Manitoba man as the victim of a homicide case

Authorities in Winnipeg have confirmed the identity of the individual who was the victim of a fatal incident on Cumberland Avenue on May 23.

Ralph Moise, aged 39, hailing from Savisi Dene First Nation in the northern region of Manitoba, was discovered with severe injuries at approximately 1 a.m. He succumbed to his injuries despite receiving immediate medical attention at the scene and being swiftly transported to the hospital in a critical state.

The homicide investigation team is urging anyone who may have relevant information to reach out to the police at 204-986-6508 or contact Crime Stoppers at 204-786-TIPS (8477).
