Two Suspects in Masks Break Into Cheektowaga Home, Open Fire

CHEEKTOWAGA, N.Y. (WKBW) — Authorities are investigating a home invasion and shooting that occurred on Tuesday in Cheektowaga.

According to Cheektowaga Police, two masked individuals targeted a specific residence on Sandstone Drive around noon. The suspects entered the home and discharged several rounds from an unidentified firearm.

At the time of the incident, two residents were inside the house. Fortunately, both homeowners were unharmed.

While the investigation is ongoing, police have stated that there is no current threat to the public. They are asking anyone with video footage of the incident to contact the police detective bureau at 716-686-3510.
