Alabama Fugitive Wanted For Attempted Murder Apprehended At Muscogee County Motel

Authorities captured Yolanda Alisa Crawford, a 39-year-old, on November 26, 2024, at a motel in Muscogee County. Crawford was apprehended by the Phenix City Police Department for the charge of felony Attempted Murder in relation to a shooting incident on October 19, 2024, in Phenix City, Alabama.

The Muscogee County Sheriff’s Office Special Operations Unit, in conjunction with the United States Marshals Service, Columbus Police Department, and Phenix City Police Department, executed the arrest.

Crawford was arrested peacefully and later transferred to the Muscogee County Jail. She is currently awaiting extradition to Alabama.
