Silver Alert Issued for Missing 78-Year-Old West Point Man

Silver Alert Issued for Missing West Point Man

WEST POINT, Miss. — A Silver Alert has been issued for 78-year-old William Griffin, who has been reported missing in West Point.

According to the Mississippi Bureau of Investigation, Griffin was last seen on Saturday, December 28, around 2:16 p.m., driving east on Highway 82 near the Arkansas border. He is believed to be driving a 1993 red Dodge Dakota pickup truck with the license plate number DC2192.

Griffin’s family has expressed concern that he may be suffering from a medical condition that could impair his judgment.

Authorities are asking anyone with information about his whereabouts to contact the Chickasaw County Sheriff’s Department at 662-456-9411 or dial 911.
