WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 PM CST THIS EVENING…

 

* WHAT…Heavy snow. Additional snow accumulations ranging from 2 to 3 inches over northern Iowa. Winds gusting as high as 45 mph.

 

* WHERE…Northern Iowa.

 

* WHEN…From now to 6 PM CST Tuesday.

 

* IMPACTS…Plan on slick snow covered road conditions. Patchy blowing snow will reduce visibility, perhaps significantly at times. Hazardous conditions will impact this morning`s commute with lingering impacts into the evening commute.

 

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS…

If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, extra clothing or blankets, food, and water in your vehicle in case of an emergency.
