Suspect apprehended in Missouri for allegedly sharing private photos in Kansas

A man who was accused of distributing private photos and videos in Kansas has been located in Missouri and has been extradited to face charges for his alleged crimes.

Noah D. Oliver, 23, who was wanted for a sexual crime in Kansas, was apprehended in Kansas City, according to the Jackson County, Missouri, Circuit Court records filed on Monday, Dec. 23.

Oliver was charged with a breach of privacy in September 2023, stemming from an incident in Olathe that occurred in August. The allegations state that Oliver sent private photos or videos without obtaining permission.

On Monday, a waiver of extradition was filed in Kansas City, and by Thursday, December 26th, Oliver found himself behind bars in Kansas. Court records from Johnson County, Kansas, indicated that Oliver’s $5,000 bond had already been posted.

There has been no additional information made available.
