After a chilly start this morning, we can expect milder temperatures in the upcoming nights. Tonight will be tranquil, with clear skies and a low of 35 degrees.

Tomorrow morning, there is a possibility of patchy frost in communities mainly located north of US-98 as the temperature drops to around 35 degrees. However, Christmas Eve will provide the perfect weather for outdoor activities and holiday plans, with mostly sunny skies and a pleasant high of 66.

Tomorrow night’s temperature will be chilly, but it will still be above freezing with a low of 44 degrees. However, our sunny and quiet weather pattern will undergo significant changes by Christmas Day.

Rain showers are expected to develop in the area before midday on Christmas Day, gradually increasing in number during the afternoon. These showers will become more widespread and scattered, with a 50-50 chance of rain. The temperature on Christmas Day is expected to reach a high of 67 degrees, possibly cooler.

After the Christmas feasts are over, temperatures will reach a mild low of 55 degrees on Wednesday night. Thursday will offer a short respite from the rain, although the skies will remain mostly cloudy.

Thursday afternoon will reach a peak temperature of 70 degrees before dropping to 57 degrees later in the night. As we move into Friday, there is a possibility of scattered showers returning to the forecast.

Friday afternoon will see temperatures reaching around 71 degrees with scattered rain showers across the area. There is a 40% chance of rain. During Friday night, temperatures will remain mild, around 59 degrees, with some possibility of rain.

On Saturday, scattered storms may become more widespread, and the temperature will reach around 72 degrees. The mild overnight temperatures will also persist.

Sunday could mark the end of rain chances for the year, with only a few scattered showers expected and a high temperature reaching around 70 degrees.

The upcoming week is expected to bring partly cloudy conditions and temperatures reaching the low 70’s. However, we can anticipate a cool-down in the first few days of the new year.
