Police Seek “Armed and Dangerous” Teen Suspected of Killing Bridgeton Man

Kevon Williams, a 24-year-old individual, tragically lost his life in a shooting incident on Sunday, November 24. According to a news release from the Bridgeton Police Department, law enforcement officers swiftly arrived at the scene located on the 100 block of Cottage Avenue around 11:18 a.m.

Police discovered Williams suffering from gunshot wounds. Authorities pronounced him dead at the scene.

James Snead Jr., a 19-year-old resident of Baltimore Avenue, has been identified as the main suspect in the shooting incident. Authorities have filed charges of murder and illegal possession of weapons against him.

“No weapon has been recovered and the suspect should be considered armed and dangerous,” Bridgeton police said.
