A woman was taken into custody for violating the terms of her suspended sentence in a murder case.

My name is Alexandra Sharfman.

A woman has been arrested for violating the terms of her suspended sentence in a murder case.

Oklahoma City (KOKH) reports that

Lindsi Mayabb was found to have tested positive for amphetamines and methamphetamines during an office visit on May 13. However, she failed to attend her next scheduled office visit on June 13.

She failed to inform the probation officer about her new address, resulting in her whereabouts becoming unknown.

Over the weekend, law enforcement authorities issued a warrant for her arrest, leading to her subsequent custody.

In January 2020, Mayabb pleaded guilty to being an accessory to first-degree murder.

The judge has suspended the 20-year prison sentence that she was given, but the terms and conditions of the suspension have been violated.
