The latest updates on COVID 19 in our listening area for Tuesday, June 30th:
There were only seven newly reported cases of COVID-19 in our immediate listening area in the 24 hour period ending at 11:00 am on Tuesday, June 30th. One case each reported in Cerro Gordo, Franklin, Hancock, Mitchell, Worth, Winnebago and Wright counties. That brings our area total to 790 cases.

For newly recovered cases, there were 10 people reported to have recovered from COVID-19 in Cerro Gordo county, 7 in Floyd, 4 in Franklin, 2 in Kossuth and 1 each in Butler and Worth counties. There were no new deaths or hospitalizations in our area.
Statewide, the case count is up to 28,942 with five new deaths reported and 86 newly recovered.
