MercyOne North Iowa names new Chief Operations Officer

MASON CITY — MercyOne North Iowa Medical Center has announced their next Chief Operations Officer.

Chad Boore has more than 20 years of experience in healthcare and comes to MercyOne from OSF Healthcare in Peoria, Illinois. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Truman State University and an MBA from the University of New Orleans.

In his role as chief operations officer, Boore will be responsible for leading and achieving operating goals and performance plans and ensuring strategic implementation. He will work in a dyad leadership model with Doctor Paul Manternach, the chief medical officer for MercyOne North Iowa.
