The temperature in Wichita, Kansas has been fluctuating throughout the week, and Thursday is expected to bring much milder weather. However, this pleasant change won’t last for long as another cold front is set to arrive on Thursday night, bringing winter weather back in full force.

Thursday will bring sunny weather with highs in the 50s. However, a cold front on Friday will cause temperatures to drop significantly, with highs in the 30s across most of the state.

The weekend forecast predicts cool temperatures, but it will be mostly sunny on both Saturday and Sunday. Next week, two weather systems are expected to pass through.

The first one is scheduled to arrive on Monday and continue into Tuesday, bringing showers to southeast Kansas while the rest of the area remains dry.

A larger system is set to move into the Plains on Christmas night and Thursday.

Currently, there are higher chances of scattered showers across a significant portion of the area. Since the temperatures will remain mild, there is little possibility of ice or snow.

Wichita Area Forecast:

Tonight, the weather will be mostly clear with a light breeze blowing from the north to south at speeds of 5-15 mph. The temperature will drop to a low of 29 degrees.

Tomorrow’s weather forecast calls for mostly sunny skies and milder temperatures. The wind will be coming from the southwest to northwest at speeds of 5-15 miles per hour. The high temperature for the day is expected to reach 57 degrees.

Tomorrow night, the weather is expected to be mostly clear with a wind coming from the northwest to north at a speed of 10-20 mph. The temperature is forecasted to drop to a low of 24 degrees.

Friday’s weather forecast is expected to be sunny with a high of 37 degrees.

Saturday’s forecast calls for sunny skies with a high of 45 degrees and a low of 23 degrees.

The weather forecast for today indicates that the sun will be shining bright, with mostly sunny to partly cloudy conditions. The high temperature is expected to reach 50 degrees, while the low temperature will be around 27 degrees. So, it’s going to be a pleasant day with a mix of sunshine and clouds.

Monday’s weather forecast calls for mostly cloudy skies with a high of 52 degrees and a low of 40 degrees. There may also be some overnight drizzle.

On Tuesday, the weather forecast predicts decreasing clouds with a high of 53 and a low of 40.

Wednesday’s weather forecast calls for mostly cloudy skies with a high of 55 degrees and a low of 37 degrees. There is a chance of overnight showers.
