Canadian Men Reportedly Transported $40 Million Worth Of Cocaine Through Illinois

A pair of Canadian men were detained in Henry County after Illinois State Police allegedly discovered $40 million worth of cocaine in the back of his semi-truck.

Police stopped and searched a semi-truck traveling east on Interstate 80 in Henry County, arresting Vanshpreet Singh, 27, and Manpreet Singh, 36, both from Ontario, Canada.

Inside the truck, state police discovered more than 1,000 pounds of cocaine worth $40 million.

In Henry County, authorities arrested both men and charged them with cocaine possession, possession with intent to deliver cocaine, and cocaine trafficking.
