Speeding Honda driver causes fatal crash in Kansas City, claiming 2 lives

A tragic accident unfolded in Kansas City on Saturday afternoon as a speeding driver lost control of their vehicle, resulting in a devastating crash that claimed the lives of two individuals.

The driver of a Honda 2-door car was speeding westbound on E. 23rd Street when they lost control near Stark Avenue around 2:45 p.m. on Saturday.

The car veered off the road and flipped multiple times after crashing into an embankment.

According to the police, the driver and another person in the vehicle were thrown out during the incident. Unfortunately, one individual was declared dead at the scene, while the other was taken to a nearby hospital but succumbed to their injuries.
