A concerned third party alerted the authorities about the dispute at approximately 10:09am in the 1200 block of S High St. The responding officers were informed by the 911 dispatcher that Toney had recently been discharged from the hospital before they arrived at the scene.

Felt and Toney have been arrested and are currently held at the Butler County Jail. Felt is facing a charge of aggravated battery, while Toney is facing a charge of domestic violence.

Both individuals are scheduled to appear before a judge in Butler County courts on Wednesday, December 18 at 1:30pm. It is important to note that the investigation is still ongoing.
