Two individuals were wounded by gunfire on Monday evening in Webster Groves, which is located just a few blocks south of Manchester near Brentwood Boulevard.
The shooting occurred at approximately 8:05 p.m. in Ivory Crockett Park. When officers arrived at the scene, they were unable to find either the victim or the suspect.
During the investigation, the police reported that two individuals who had been shot made distress calls to 911. Prior to the officers’ arrival at the scene, a third party had already taken the victims to a nearby hospital for medical treatment.
The victims’ condition is currently unknown, and authorities have not yet identified any suspects.
