Missouri Patrol Records 12 Arrests in North Missouri between Dec. 11 and Dec. 15, 2024

The Missouri State Highway Patrol recently made 12 arrests in north Missouri from December 11 to December 15, 2024. These arrests were made for different offenses, such as driving while intoxicated, possession of controlled substances, and outstanding warrants. Here are the specific reports for each individual who was arrested during this time.

27-year-old Raiden M. Stephenson from Gower, Missouri, was taken into custody on December 11, 2024, at 9:25 p.m. in Buchanan County.

He faces charges for misdemeanor driving while intoxicated with drugs and for surpassing the speed limit. Stephenson was subsequently detained at the Buchanan County Law Enforcement Center for a 24-hour period.

On December 13, 2024, at 3:40 p.m., authorities apprehended 34-year-old Jessica G. Lagud from Princeton, Missouri, in Livingston County. Lagud’s arrest was made on the grounds of a misdemeanor warrant issued in Putnam County for a moving traffic violation.

Following her arrest, Lagud was held at the Livingston County Sheriff’s Department, where she had the option to post bond.

Cortez D. Reynolds, a 33-year-old resident of Gardner, Kansas, was apprehended on December 13, 2024, at 4:58 p.m. in Atchison County. Reynolds was charged with multiple offenses, including driving while intoxicated as an aggravated offender, which is considered a felony.

Additionally, he had a misdemeanor warrant for driving while suspended or revoked from Troop A in Lee’s Summit, as well as another misdemeanor warrant for speeding from the same troop.

Furthermore, Reynolds was found in violation of a speeding limit by exceeding it by 26 mph or more. Following his arrest, he was held at the Atchison County Sheriff’s Department on a 12-hour hold.

Austin J. Bird, a 22-year-old resident of Maryville, Missouri, found himself in legal trouble on December 13, 2024. At precisely 11:11 p.m. in Nodaway County, he was apprehended for driving under the influence, a misdemeanor offense. Subsequently, he was placed in custody at the Nodaway County Sheriff’s Department, where he remained on a 12-hour hold.

Dantrell E. Pouge, a 32-year-old resident of Dalzell, South Carolina, was apprehended on December 13, 2024, at 11:49 p.m. in Clinton County. Authorities arrested him for the offense of misdemeanor driving while intoxicated, and he was subsequently held at the Clinton County Sheriff’s Department under a 24-hour hold.

Clarissa A. Smith, a 38-year-old resident of Hamilton, Missouri, found herself in trouble with the law on December 14, 2024. At approximately 11:00 p.m., Smith was apprehended in Clinton County and subsequently charged with misdemeanor offenses.

Specifically, she faced charges of driving while intoxicated and failing to stop at a stop sign. Following her arrest, Smith was taken into custody and held at the Clinton County Sheriff’s Department for a 12-hour period.

Alexandria E. Ward, a 36-year-old resident of Maple Grove, Minnesota, found herself in legal trouble on December 15, 2024. The arrest took place at 9:26 a.m. in Clinton County.

Ward faced multiple charges, including possession of controlled substances such as fentanyl and methamphetamines, as well as possession of drug paraphernalia. Following her arrest, Ward was held at the Clinton County Sheriff’s Office on a 24-hour hold.

On December 11, 2024, at 9:41 p.m., Bruyol Delien, a 37-year-old resident of Indianapolis, Indiana, was apprehended in Linn County. He faced charges of driving under the influence, failure to maintain his lane, and speeding. Following his arrest, Delien was briefly held at the Brookfield Police Department before being released.

Angelique L. Powers, a 24-year-old resident of Aurora, Illinois, was arrested on December 13, 2024, at 10:54 p.m. in Clark County. She faced charges of driving while intoxicated and speeding. Powers was initially detained at the Clark County Jail but was subsequently released.

Aj Bills, a 22-year-old resident of Wyaconda, Missouri, was taken into custody in Scotland County on December 14, 2024, at 10:31 p.m. He was arrested on charges of driving while intoxicated, not having insurance, and failing to wear a seatbelt. Following his arrest, Bills was held at the Scotland County Jail before being released.

Alejandro G. Castaneda, a 29-year-old resident of Milan, Missouri, found himself in trouble on December 15, 2024. At 1:39 a.m., he was apprehended in Sullivan County and faced charges of driving while intoxicated. Additionally, Castaneda was accused of failing to display lighted lamps on his motor vehicle. Following his arrest, he was temporarily held at the Sullivan County Jail before being released.
