Man Fatally Shot in East Flatbush, Investigation Ongoing
A 28-year-old man was fatally shot in East Flatbush on Monday afternoon, according to police.
Officers from the NYPD’s 67th Precinct responded to a 911 call reporting an assault at approximately 4:06 p.m. on East 32nd Street, near Avenue D. Upon arrival, they discovered the victim with a gunshot wound to the head.
Emergency Medical Services pronounced the man dead at the scene. Authorities have not yet released his identity, pending notification of his family.
No arrests have been made, and the investigation remains active as detectives work to uncover the circumstances surrounding the shooting.
